What we collect
When you request offers we collect your name, email, phone, address/postal code, and project details (vertical, property type, ownership, electricity bill or heating type, timeframe).
Why and on what legal basis
We process your data to connect you with installers, based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You consent to your data being shared with up to 5 partner companies from the solar and heat-pump sector who may contact you by phone and email with a non-binding offer.
Double opt-in & documentation
We confirm your request by email (double opt-in). We store the exact consent wording, timestamp, and IP address as proof, as required to demonstrate lawful processing.
Your rights
You can access, rectify, or delete your data and withdraw consent at any time via our data request page.
Retention
We keep consent records for as long as needed to prove lawful processing and meet legal obligations; lead data is deleted on request or when no longer needed.
